Created training program to onboard new engineers regardless of level and establish a pipeline for developing a world class security operations center. Led software development and integration for security orchestration and response tool. Cyberspace Operations Officer - Program Manager

Led design, development, and deployment of a network visualization tool for teaching computer networking. (Java) Coordinated cyber vulnerability review and system upgrade testing of $2.3B network; oversaw crew operations, scheduled and performed active scanning, and ensured system safety during assessments for $3.9M system upgrade. Directed cloud integration for emergency mass notification system with physical infrastructure at 143 sites around the world; drove 2 contract modifications with 3 vendors and 5 companies in < 5 weeks; saved $576k and delivered capability 3 months ahead of schedule. Managed US Air Force cloud migration for email, chat, and information storage to a commercial cloud; Negotiated between Microsoft, the prime contractor, and 3 government agencies to upgrade network, finish 3 months ahead of schedule, and cut outages by 53%.
