• Created a python application to extract specific data from docx files from the Study documents of Sanofi Research Trials and host the script on AWS while linking the extracted data to a MariaDB database present on AWS using BeautifulSoup , Pandas dataframes and Mammoth • Built a custom Gitlab CI/CD pipeline for R-Shiny Applications along with a CD pipeline for the Rshiny apps hosted in Docker Containers through ShinyProxy. Set security measures for Docker Containers and ShinyProxy framework hosted on AWS in an Agile Environment • Developed a custom R Package repository and an Artifactory repository mirror for Sanofi Internal Network to store R-Binary Packages for specific Linux systems for use with remote servers while providing scalability options
