I have worked as a Data Analyst with DailyNinja (acquired by Big Basket) for 1.5 years. My role as a Data Analyst was to work along side different teams such as Marketing, Operations, Customers outbound calling team and Sales . Daily Tasks includes :- 1) Understanding the requirements of the stakeholders and creating dashboards for repeated requests. 2) Sharing reports to VP's , Program Managers and Product Managers and automating reports as per requirements. 3) Providing insights into the data by doing Exploratory data Analysis using pandas in python and helping the marketing team and customers outbound calling team with customer retention. 4) Hands on working experience on tools such as Tableau,Pyhton,Sql,Excel,Grafana.
