• Polaris by Thoughtworks is a Fitness Metrics tool that drives delivery excellence focuses on • Engineering metrics like Lead Time, Deployment Frequency, Build Failure Rate, Technical Debt, Mean Time To Restore, Change Fail Percentage, and Business metrics like Future Sensing, Improvement in Efficiency & effectiveness, etc. • It collects data from multiple tools like Jenkins, Jira, Git, etc., analyses the data, and plots the trend using Chart.js • In this project, I’m working from the first day, mostly in the backend using Java and sometimes in frontend using Angular.
