- Extracted, transformed and analyzed 1 year data with SQL to derive key actionable insights leading in improvement of OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency) of Heavy Earth Moving Machinery (HEMM). - Created an interactive dashboard using Power BI to provide upper management with real time visibility into critical KPIs including breakdowns, availability, utilization, efficiency and production; enabling data-driven decision making and driving a 4% increase in OEE. - Identified areas of improvement by Statistical Analysis through Minitab, Pivot table, Pareto Chart, RCA and implemented measures leading to breakdown reductions of HEMM by using Six Sigma methodology, FMEA and Kaizens conforming to safety standards. - Improved operational and maintenance KPIs like availability, utilization to decrease downtime and oil consumption by 57.59% and 36.71% respectively. - Realized immediate cost savings of Rs17 lakh/year and Rs1.4 crore/year at 2 different mines of HZL. - Coordinated with 2 vendors and 3 OEMs as Business Excellence team to implement key major investments and organizational changes.
