Built SAML and SCIM provisioning integrations for an existing enterprise web application resulting in the onboarding of enterprise-level, high-value customers. Designed and built a Slack application that allows customers to receive notifications, save files to our system, and send faxes directly from Slack. Aided in the design and construction of in-house fax servers, eliminating a costly external dependency and increasing our product control. Provided final-tier technical support for the customer service team, resolving complex technical issues and explaining them to non-technical personnel. Developed an API-first, automated solution for telephone number porting, reducing customer success workload by hours per week.
