Worked with a small team to redesign the Comments backend, and led the design and implementation of new Entity objects to support this effort along with querying GraphQL and other databases to populate and persist the new objects. Created a new notification type to support the Threaded Comments project, and worked across multiple teams to get approval and launch the project with positive engagement metrics. Led the implementation of several features on the Facebook App, including a new Care reaction type and Instagram-style Like hiding on posts, as well as a scrollable photo carousel story type on the Android app. Set up experiments to track usage and engagement metrics, and participated in data analysis to determine whether to launch the features.

Designed and implemented a new Screen Capture feature for Site Intercept, allowing users to generate screenshots of any webpage SI runs on and attach it to a user survey. Led a project to redesign the way Site Intercept serves content to customer websites by maximizing cacheability and gracefully handling requests for invalid/deactivated content, while reducing server payload sizes by 95%.

Developed a service responsible for storing and queueing seller listing updates submitted through Seller Central, using AWS services. Led a small team of developers to release a new feature on the Seller Central Manage Your Orders page. Designed a new service responsible for collecting and persisting order data to relational databases, simplifying the effort required to persist new data to display to third party sellers.
