In my current role, I am proficient in utilising various technologies such as React-Redux, React-Query, i18n, mixpanel, Stitches-ui, and Vite. Within the Tele-Health domain, specifically in the Buddy app, I have contributed significantly to enhancing the market report with the addition of an Insights Dashboard feature. Additionally, I have implemented Case Notes functionality for real-time sessions and follow-ups, successfully managed the Cancellation & Rescheduling flow for telehealth, and worked on introducing Japanese language support. In the Microsite aspect, I have implemented effective Micro Management of case notes and provider dashboards. As part of the Responder team, I have created an end-to-end Helpline for both B2B and B2C customers and implemented a session monitoring feature to enhance the overall user experience.
