Bioinformatics, BS•  September 2014 - July 2017

Bachelors degree was in Biochemistry, my dissertation was on bioinformatics. Where I was given 20 difference sequences of unknown DNA beta-lactamase bacteria that were were showing inhibition towards anti-biotic beta-lactam. First I need to class them, categorise them then find ways to treat them. Using different algorithm and phylogenetic tree, I managed to class and categorise them. I achieved 2:1 in my dissertation.
