I am responsible for the custom integration squad - that handles all integrations inside the company. I need to coordinate several projects at the same time: onboard new partners to our integration platform, build new integration flows, and keep improving the platform itself. I mentor a team of junior integration engineers, so they can deliver great results while improving themselves as software engineers. I also mentor a team of senior engineers that are responsible for improving an integration platform that I designed when I joined the company. Currently I am also working with product managers to work on new strategies to consolidate all integrations into this integration platform
