• Assist dev team leads in debugging issues, to determine if they’re code-related or not • Resolve incidents in a timely fashion, and implement/advise countermeasures if possible • Standby each deployment to staging and user acceptance testing (UAT) environments, until QA completion • Maintenance and monitoring of sandbox environment used for development • Provide L2 support for staging, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production environments • Provision new AWS EC2 instances and set-up initial environment for development needs

CI Engineer

• Maintain, improve, and create automation scripts and frameworks within the CI infrastructure, using Jenkins and Bash • Technical and training support to all actors (mostly developers) in the CI processes • Mastery of the CI framework and processes, to be able to work on any subset • Daily handover and coordination of operational responsibility with European counterparts • Report to management for project planning, monitoring, and evaluation purposes • Analyze possible code degradations on sanity and regression tests then: a) resolve the environment issues, and/or b) perform revert of the faulty commits (may include coordination with devs when automatic revert not possible)
