Led a team of 4 engineers working on open source projects that help customers speed up the onboarding process to Google Cloud Platform. ● Provided technical guidance across project on both design and implementation stages, mentored multiple members in the team. ● Worked with product managers directly on product life cycles, including provided feedback on PRDs, recommended technologies, timeline estimation and task assignments. ● Led and collaborated across multiple teams internally to define, design and implement various features in the product, including an ML solution to detect anomalous firewall rules on GCP. ● Led the effort of scaling the product support by creating training materials both internally and externally. ● Increased product adoption by interacting with enterprise level customers on GCP. Involved in multiple product engagements onsite with customers to help them understand how the product can fit in their environment and also gather product feedback for future roadmap planning.
