Joined a team dedicated to revamp the Identity and Access Management system for our customers, ensuring backwards compatibility with existing applications and migrating several millions of records to Okta backed service. Implemented custom sign in and account creation screens for end user experience which integrated with InCommon federation to provide end users more choices during their account creation and login. Key Achievements: ➔ Oversaw a very successful roll out of the new IAM system, we were able to “flip a switch” and replace the old database backed system with the new Okta based one with no major issues and minimal disruption to the business as well as supporting a higher than anticipated user load during the peak season.
