I led four teams simultaneously addressing the needs of merchants and sellers who integrated with FPay: Led the project foundation of "MI FPay," aiming to provide a seamless payment experience for Fpay users (Bff, microservices-oriented architecture). Integrated the FPay payment button into Vtex. Released Woocommerce & Prestashop plugins. Led the team in building the enablement of Line of Credit and Installment Credit services for merchants. Collaborated with the Falabella Seller Center team to integrate the platform with Fpay. Developed the FPay portal for merchants (ReactJs). During my tenure, it was enabled for Peru. In all cases, I closely collaborated with Product Owners to fulfill business needs while ensuring technical quality. I also contributed to development time estimation in conjunction with the team based on the established roadmap.
