SAN MATEO, CA: Create business intelligence reports required to facilitate the measurement science and sales team of an eCommerce first-party advertising platform in their meetings with clients and advertisers. Work directly with the measurement science and product team to provide feedback on the features of an in-development self-service analytics platform. SEATTLE, WA: Acted as a liaison between marketing and IT for a development team that owned the processes responsible for sending real-time marketing emails to customers both for general design requirements and when crucial production issues arose. Architected a potential solution connecting AWS, Azure, and Splunk for a data quality management project in conjunction with developer SME’s at our global delivery center in India.Reverse engineered teradata pipelines to be rebuilt on Azure. BANGALORE, INDIA: Completed a nine-month rotational business, technical, and cultural education program. Generated leads while working alongside our global sales team, designed reports and contributed to process improvement with analytics delivery teams, and generated RFP proposals in conjunction with both. In addition, I was a founding member of a technical education initiative to increase the amount of programming and statistics knowledge within our client service teams.
