Development and visualization of a 3D anatomically realistic stomach model: _________________________ Integrated new data on stomach thickness, and fiber orientations into the existing 3D multi-layer stomach mesh. Stomach thickness data was mapped onto the stomach mesh using CMGUI an in-house data visualization tool. Stomach fiber orientations were generated by a Laplacian solution using CHASTE (Cancer, Heart and Soft Tissue Environment).
