My main task was to extend the functionality of the Cisco Contact Center products through customizing the native code and developing intermediate components. Develop IVRs in Cisco CVP with Call Studio and Java, integrating interactivity with Web Service, SMTP, Active Directory and any necessary technology. Develop IVRs for UCCX using existing functions within the solution and creating new functionality, not contained within the product through Java. Personalize by developing the CTIOS Client for Cisco UCCE. Develop intermediate components between Cisco Call Center solutions to extend their functionality. Develop IVRs using Call Studio, implementing new functionality from custom components written in Java and integrated into this development environment of CISCO.
