• Built tool to allow the sales team to create custom demos without any involvement from the product engineering team. As a result, support requests directed at product engineers were reduced from ten a month to two. • Consolidated data access for all customer data from various databases, data stores, and APIs into one application usable by both technical and non-technical users. • Created E2E rules engine validation framework using Apache Spark to correlate inputs and outputs. • Wrote custom workflows when they were not yet feasible with the standard options available in the rules engine. • Created a process to streamline requests from the Customer Success and Sales teams.
