Worked with the manual QA team to transition from entirely manual testing practices, to primarily automated testing. This resulted in a 50% reduction in regression times for multiple products. Subsequently trained a team of entry-level engineers to deliver on automation goals. Technical details: - Developed in-house automation framework using Java, Appium, and Selenium - Developed unified interface to automation, in the form of an HTTP server and a browser interface. The frontend used Vue.js with MongoDB, and AWS S3 being used to store data. This interface allows for full control of automation by non-technical team members.
