Gained a basic understanding of the SLS Booster thrust vector control (TVC) during assignment to the Booster manufacturing facility. Developed a scalable procedure of minimizing the disparity between NASA (government) safety standards and NGIS (contractor) internal guidelines to ensure the safety of personnel, hardware, and the facility during hazardous operations while maintaining efficiency. Required to work in a team that consisted of NASA and/or NGIS management, technicians, quality, and safety personnel. Effectively communicated through multiple layers of management within and across NASA and NGIS.
