A major project undertaken by the RBS Team during this timeline involved reducing concessions. My main deliverables that were established for the project were- 1. Procuring and providing the right set of data to stakeholders and cross-functional teams 2. Fetch insights and enforceable actions from the data and convey them to technical and non-technical teams through simple analytical statements. 3. Working closely with senior stakeholders and SMEs to understand their business requirements and thereby establish the correct set of metrics/KPIs along with their drivers. 4. Regular monitoring of these metrics and representing their drivers in the form of a comprehensive dashboard (through Amazon Quicksight) that was both dynamic and insightful. 5. Suggest improvements in the dashboard, streamline processes, and offer valuable insights that contribute to the overall success of the project, increased customer satisfaction, and better free cash flows. Skills that were employed were:- MySQL, PostgreSQL, Advanced Excel and Power Query, Tableau, Amazon Quicksight, Data Analytics, Insights Fetching, Visualizations (dashboards), Problem-Solving, Analytical Thinking, Report Making and Presentation, Work Management/Prioritization, Stakeholder Communication Skills, Attention to details.
