Write design documents for all new features and programs to detail the changes that will be made to new and existing programs before coding. At completion, write detailed documents to explain the enhancements users will experience. Communicate with team and management on current projects and collaborate on team building and resolution of project issues. Assigned to train new hires on real-time projects requiring multiple daily meetings to build knowledge of the basic application set up and subroutines, weekly progress reports, and a final comprehensive report. Nominated for rookie of the year in 2019.

Information Technology Intern

Responsible for a project involving the research, corrections, updates, management and transfer of information for 2,300 computers in all offices of the western United States region from one database to a new database. Wiped computers then uploaded new operating system and programs. Assembled computer equipment and workspaces and interacted with approximately 500 employees to ensure programs were properly uploaded. Communicated the status of the projects to multiple levels of higher management on a daily basis to ensure projects proceeded as directed.
