Identify, analyze, and interpret trends from Progress of projects, understanding the key variance drivers by drilling down into various dimensions and providing actionable insights to CEO by interactive dashboard using PowerBI. Defines KPI’s/Score of various parameters involved in projects like slippages, progress rate, Performance of resources etc. using Statistical methods in order to draw conclusions for managerial action and strategy. Preparation of S-Curve for tracking & monitoring of Inventory management and Plan vs actual vs financial progress of projects. Create PowerPoint presentations that capture key operational metrics, issues and convey actionable business insights to both Internal and External stakeholders Preparation of Monthly/Quarterly and Yearly cashflow by coordination with project team and submission of same to finance team. Preparation of project close out report, understanding key influencers from project by deep diving into data and generate lesson learnt report from the same.
