As part of the Inter-Sectoral Impact Model Intercomparison Project (ISIMIP), I ran climate impacts simulations and contributed to the writing of scientific papers, research protocols and successful project proposals, e.g. a BMBF funding for the development and implementation of quality standards and checks on the ISIMIP database. I also supported website management and created web content. As data manager, I supported >200 modellers worldwide, and developed and implemented curation criteria and quality standards for the >100TB database of climate data. In addition, I produced video tutorials and provided online tutorials on how to handle climate data. As contact person for the health, labour and water regional sectors, I established networks of researchers, and defined research topics that would promote synergies with other sectors.

Project Manager

OpenOil UG•  June 2016 - September 2017

I helped establish and maintain a network of ~30 practitioners from civil society, government and private sector worldwide, who joined the program aiming to produce impactful reports on extractive projects of public interest. I supported the development of cash flow models for 12 selected projects, which involved accompanying participants in completing online courses on Excel and the FAST financial modelling standard, and contributing to the collection of financial and legal data. I co-organized the "Modelling Global Summit” at the end of the program, where participants met for 5 days to finalize models, analyze results and produce high impact reports.

As part of the project “Predictive modelling of psycho-pathological trajectories in depression through advanced communication technologies”, I collaborated with psychologists and bioinformaticians in the identification of patterns of disease progression in medical data using machine learning.
