Alongside, and after my studies, I helped a lecturer of mine on a project that he was working on in tandem with Lero Institute, the Norwegian Refugee Council, Microsoft and Nethope. The project entailed developing a conversational AI that could aid displaced Syrian refugees with their re-assimilation back into the education system
