    Part of my job is to ensure that all IT equipment runs without any problem during the daily function of the company. This includes maintenance/upgrade/troubleshooting on PCs (either desktops or laptops), installing IP cameras wherever is deemed necessary, troubleshooting/maintenance on printers, as well as assisting end-users. Moreover, i am one of four administrators when it comes to the company's Active Directory and Group Policy.
