I have advocated for a more than 100% increase in the Learning Commons’ services for students. I am the student representative for the Keystone (undergraduate thesis) scholarship committee. I have organized many support events for students with the Academic Dean and faculty. I design and conduct surveys on students’ course needs each semester.

Program Monitoring and Evaluation Assistant

I created Logframes for Monitoring and evaluating all the program's activities. Using, Kobo-Collect, I designed surveys and French translations. I also did data analysis with Excel (pivot tables, etc.).

Research Assistant

I collaborated with the Curriculum Committee to design a research study to assess the university’s curriculum. I designed surveys and focus groups for all students and faculty. I did a qualitative and quantitative analysis of students' academic works. I also researched and drafted a report on curricular practices from 20 other North American universities.
