As a Software developer part of the HCL - CISCO team, I worked on CISCO's ASDM software and ASA range of firewall devices. My roles and responsibilities included Took end-to-end ownership of key features such as ASA-clustering, BGP, OSPF and IS-IS routing in the ASDM software and handled all development and support activities related to them. Worked on providing REST API support for existing features. Configured physical and virtual firewall devices for development and testing purposes. Closely worked with the customer support team and assisted in resolving issues. Actively involved in peer code review, peer requirement analysis and peer learning sessions.
