Applied exploratory data analytics and machine learning to segment customers of a retail company based on their purchasing behaviors and needs. Used machine learning (ML) to track reviewers' feedback on British Airways flights. Developed a machine learning model that identifies the most critical factors causing customer churn in a Telcom company. Developed a machine-learning-based web application to estimate used car prices.
