During my internship at STMIK Tasikmalaya, I served as IT Support. My responsibilities included checking the hardware on each computer that would be used, ensuring all applications were running properly and identifying and resolving any issues that arose. In addition, I also ensured that each computer was connected to the internet stably. This experience improved my ability in technical problem solving and provided a better understanding of IT infrastructure in an academic environment.
