I'm responsible for Acceptance Test for all client version of HMS, Server Update verification, Beta Test, Echo Healthcheck, Appium Mobile Automation, Benchmark and Exploratory Test, Performance Test, Security Test. * I have been leading the Huawei Mobile Service (HMS) Test team more than two years, providing test opportunities for my teammates and monitoring their contribution and improve themselves. * There are more than 30 mobile applications under the HMS line, I coordinate them within the team and follow all test process with my colleague. * Management and reporting of the HQ tasks within the team. Manual review and determination of severity of defects. Interviews, PBC targeting, guidance and task setting for team personal development and team performance evaluation.
