• As a part of the Global Infrastructure (GI) vertical of the American Express, he is currently working on the applications which lies under Finance & Controllership vertical, including Reconciliation Platform, RPA, Payment Gateway applications, etc. • He is working on various automation initiatives and have built use cases from scratch, including chat-bots for servicing custom user queries, le alerting scripts & automated reporting framework, which resulted in streaming the processes and creating bandwidth for the colleagues. • He is also working on an on-boarding platform which is to be used by American Express to on-board new hires. He is responsible for implementing back-end logic using NodeJS and Database using postgreSQL. • Also part of team responsible for AI-ops implementation in the portfolio for real time analysis using MOOGSOFT, DYNATRACE etc. for reducing MTTR & increasing efficiency.
