During my internship as a Salesforce Developer Intern, I gained hands-on experience in designing and implementing customized Salesforce solutions to meet various business requirements. I was actively involved in configuring and customizing the Salesforce platform, creating and managing workflows, validation rules, and process builders to streamline business processes. Additionally, I collaborated with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop technical specifications, and deliver high-quality solutions. This role enhanced my understanding of CRM systems, improved my problem-solving skills, and provided me with a solid foundation in Salesforce development and administration.

Software Developer Intern

During my internship as a software developer, I focused on integrating the MES system with the QADT system, and then posting the material quality data back to SAP. My responsibilities included ensuring seamless data exchange between MES and QADT systems, conducting thorough testing and debugging, and mapping quality data to SAP's structure. I created automation scripts for accurate and timely data posting, collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth integration process, and documented the system architecture and troubleshooting procedures. Alongside these tasks, I dealt with the basics of system testing and design and also applied data validation rules, gaining valuable insights into system integration, data management, and automation within a steel production environment.
