• Designing and developing the connectivity portal and microservice architecture based web services to allow customers to manage more than 15 million IoT devices concurrently. • Developed and trained a chatbot using Google Dialogflow, Node.js, and ReactJS, for customers to interact with their devices. Over 1.2k user requests were made over a 4 month period. • Integrated the Atlassian Statuspage APIs to the connectivity portal to help customers rapidly detect, diagnose, and resolve issues.

Initially collaborated with four other developers in the Notification API Team for an Online Banking Application. Later, as part of a team of twenty developers, was responsible for APIs of various teams for a leading hotel franchise’s website. Contributions: • Created a Node.js API to send notifications to Android & iOS devices using the Amazon SNS web service. • Worked closely with the QA team to analyze and fix defects in the existing APIs of Rewards, Reservation, Authentication & Product Tracks. • Implemented Java APIs with Apache Camel Framework based routing, to enable multiple room bookings and their modifications.

Received training from the company in various technologies, like Spring, Hibernate, Git, JavaScript, and developed the Product Module, in a team of five, of an e-commerce bookstore – “SapeStore”. Contributions: • Led the Product Module team to ensure on time delivery of deliverables. • Designed and implemented the Search sub-module. • Implemented the rating & review sub-module.

Software Development Intern

As an intern in the Design and Development Team, I was responsible for developing an intuitive graph module for the existing “Medical Equipment Management & Maintenance System” (EMMS) dashboard. Contributions: • Created a sub-module using JavaScript & jQuery to plot data in various types of graphs • Created a sub-module using Highcharts.js to plot 3D graphs • Added functionalities to export the data and graphs • Integrated the existing EMMS system to both the sub-modules
