In addition, analysis of relational (Oracle) and non-relational (MongoDB) databases, development and execution of scripts (PL/SQL and Javascript) for incident handling. Experience in collaborating with various teams and negotiating demands to be prioritized. I also helped structure a problem management process using the ServiceNow tool and developed a microservice that automated manual work by giving colleagues visibility into our customers' accreditation status.

    I worked as outsourced inside of the partner company Getnet. I was part of an operation team who had the goal to identify issues and help to solve them. Doing that we were able to keep the quality of the software and our customers satisfied. In this period, I had the opportunity to learn about Java, Spring, Oracle, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and React technologies. Beyond that, I became a better person in virtue of the great moments and failures that happened.
