● Built the law practice management software that helps lawyers organize cases, store and search documents, manage billings, and synchronize calendars. ● Implemented the company-wide reporting program to inform executives about KPIs, including case progress, revenue, profit, and other business indicators. ● Refactored five websites to meet the modern website design criteria and decreased the loading time up to 75%. ● Migrated five servers into one CMS to optimize the editor's workflow of managing hundreds of blog posts and thousands of photos and minimize the repetition API wrapper for the frontend team. ● Established the CI/CD pipeline and enforced linter and prettier for projects in the company. ● Trained one new grad to a front-end engineer and the other backed engineer to a full-stack engineer.

● Built a cross-border e-commerce platform on our own on top of existing e-commerce solutions to help the company easily adjust the requirement for the Asia market. Features include but are not limited to the customized front-end page and integrated payment gateway for foreign transactions. ● Developed a cross-border package tracking UI that enables customers to use one tracking number to know the US-domestic shipping progress, international freight forwarding status, custom inspection result, and the last mile delivery information. ● Integrated order information into the third-party CRM system and the customer success team can easily access customers' order information and help them out. ● Extended the inventory management system to help manage products from different SKUs across various brands for retailing or wholesale demand. This system keeps the inventory in low turnover.

● Developed a fully functional e-commerce website that enables customers to order customized stickers based on Ruby on Rails and React.js. ● Built an internal dashboard optimizing the workflow for our art designers to confirm customer's expectations of finished products. ● Optimized the search engine results and led the website to be listed on the top 3 google search result when users searched the term "sticker" in Mandarin. ● Localized the website and emails in Mandarin and English with language auto-detection through the user's browser configuration. ● Published our payment gateway integration as a gem that is also used for other Taiwanese companies.
