- Oversee Code Nation programming at multiple high schools, ensuring coordination of shared curricular resources, scheduling across multiple programs, implementation of learning activities, and communication within teams. - Assist in reviewing and developing Code Nation’s curriculum; work with the curriculum team to implement curriculum revisions and initiatives based on feedback from various stakeholders. - Maintain stakeholder relationships (Volunteer software developers, teachers, school administrators, key funders) and keep them engaged in Code Nation programming (i.e. status reporting, issues management, and risk management). - Create and implement trainings that equip Code Nation staff and volunteers with the mindsets, tools, and practices needed to create an engaging, equitable, and effective learning environment. - Write and send monthly student newsletter; inform students of upcoming events, career resources, relevant articles, and cultural celebrations. - Plan, coordinate, and host bi-monthly virtual and in-person events for students who aspire to start a career in technology. - Collect and manage student and program data. Manage student attendance, participation, and progress towards goals. Track and analyze all data using Salesforce. Prepare reports and keep all stakeholders informed on progress.

- Led programmatic shift in response to Covid-19 pandemic; Piloted and launched 5 new inclusive and engaging student literacy programs (remote and in-person). Developed foundational framework, curriculum, and training materials. - Maintained, improved, and implemented project management systems to streamline processes and led team onboarding & training sessions. - Supported the development of standardized internal processes, documentation, and knowledge sharing. - Managed team of 3 program coordinators and community engagement coordinator. Led team meetings and staff check-ins to maintain staff accountability, ensure program quality, and help staff set and achieve goals. - Led volunteer department in development and improvement of volunteer programs, including training materials, diversity and inclusion practices, and the implementation of sharing practices with NYC staff and other 826 chapters.
