Lead 2 to 5 frontend developers to build new products (klikwa.net) and migrate web apps (beecloud) to use new stack which is React. Collaborating with product and backend team and help develop solutions to critical bussiness needs. Determining frontend project requirements, developing work schedules, and delegating tasks to the team. Creating user interfaces, layouts, components based on mockups. Troubleshoot and and implement bug fixes related to reported issues. Setting standards and driving engineering best practices for development and operational excellence for our team. Writing reusable, traceable, and efficient Bussiness Logic code. Optimize apps to maximize speed and scale. Enggaging in the hiring process for frontend developers.
