Developed a feature that tracks and monitors the real-time activities of the organisation's users by implementing sophisticated technologies like Apache Kafka to improvise a smoothly driven business process. Worked on customer portal which is a super-simple, secure digital gateway shared between an organisation and their customers where you can define what data is shown to whom and set their individual access permissions. Identified and fixed several bugs that improves the performance and scalability of the product. Assimilated knowledge to resolve deadlock issue, memory management, performance optimisation techniques and developers etiquettes.

Broadened the usage of Zoho CRM mobile application by implementing a promotional page that suggests users when accessed the service from a mobile browser. Worked on improving Sandbox creation flow which dramatically reduced the time of initial setup.
