During my time at Beira Rio, I worked on the process of fitting shoe parts into the software, preparing them for cutting by the machines. My contribution was essential to the continuous improvement of processes, increasing productivity and reducing waste. When the company decided to upgrade the machines and software, I volunteered to help with the transition to the new system. I was trained by a colleague to operate the new technology, ensuring that production remained efficient. After the successful implementation over the months, I took on the responsibility of teaching my colleagues how to use the new software, helping the team adapt quickly to the change. In addition, whenever operational problems arose, I collaborated in the resolutions, demonstrating proactivity and problem-solving ability. My work involved using specific software to fit shoe parts, which were later cut by the machines, optimizing the production process.
