Achievements: ▪ Configure redundant links between four site, SVIs, changing routing protocols from EIGRP to OSPF (new company standard), etc. ▪ www.baapp-gsk.ro– website where GSK would upload files for distributors (Certificates of Analysis) ▪ Logon Script – creation and maintenance ▪ www.eurovitapromotie.ro– simple presentation website (for a promotion) ▪ Master DB - common place for all HR and IT information regarding users, with automatic notification to relevant people when something changes and automatically updating some other systems. ▪ Asset Management Application – web application for keeping track of IT assets (serial number, purchase date, allocation,etc.). Used in Romania, Russia and CIS, most of Africa and Middle East. ▪ Access Management Application – web application for access management. Any application/shared drive/etc. is called an object and has two custodians that approve/deny/revoke access to it. For access managed via AD groups everything is automatic (no IT involvement), for the rest a remedy ticket is raised once the custodians approve the request. Every three months custodians need to review access (they are notified). ▪ Auction system (for cars and IT equipment) in Eastern Europe. ▪ Automatic processing of the telephony invoices, cost splitting per person/cost center, web gadget so that you can see your telephony/3G cost. ▪ Web gadget for confirming your own IT equipment inventory. ▪ Web gadget with an automatically updating (from the Asset management System) list of Mobile and Fixed phones and other info.
