IT Coordination for the Hungarian HUB and NE&ME Sourcing Team. IT Technical Support L2/End-User management: handling user issues by solving them or creating tickets and requests to the right L2 and L3 support groups. Account, Computer, and other work-related tool installation, creation, and configuration for users. Procurement and inventory management of assets. Computer administration and shipping management coordination (managing shipments with partner plus handling Import/Export papers if needed) Kick-off documentation, End-User Manuals, and Guides management (creation, editing, updating) using local/global guidelines. Automating workflows using Power Automate and applying basic user interface to manage data with Power Apps, meanwhile improving administrative business processes. IT tool requirements from the business and implement a solution for the NEME Sourcing Team. Global IT project execution for end-users & U.A.T., participating in testing of new software/tools or their updates.
