Outsourced services in analysis, development, maintenance and consultancy in web systems, developing and maintaining solutions that meet the requirements raised from the departments: Commercial, Product Engineering, Customer Service, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Purchasing, Finances, Environmental, Health and Safety, System Quality for a multinational engineering thermoplastics industry. -Responsible for analysis and development of a Suppliers Relationship Management System integrating EHSQ with Purchasing and Human Resources. The project contributed to cost reduction with suppliers. -Analysis and development of an "e-commerce" of rewards to Manufacturing employees committed to a cultural change program. -System analysis and development for employees to record concerns to the EHS team to manage investigations and corrective actions. -Responsible for the implementation of an Accreditation Compliance Support System, managed by the Quality Management System, involving several areas of the company in plants in Argentina, Brazil and some in the United States. -Application development for daily training QUIZ, focusing on EHS awareness and education for Argentine subsidiary. -Changing of the Intranet layout for branches in Argentina and Brazil, focused on adapting to the new visual identity. -Development of several Workflows focused on digitizing processes in the Financial sector (Credit and Collection and Tax) and other processes audited and restructured by the Quality Management System of branches in Argentina and Brazil, integrating the areas of: Customer Service, Commercial, Purchasing, EHS, Product Engineering, Shipping, Product Development / Assured Quality, Process Lab, Lean Manufacturing and Maintenance. Maintenance and improvement in legacy Training Management system processes.
