Project, development, deployment, and maintenance of Mister Postman's software - multi tenant SAS applications for sending and receiving digital messages, including: • Multi-channel contact center - B2C messages communication platform that works with different channels including messenger, WhatsApp, email, and SMS. Back-end build part with .NET Core MVC and part with .NET Core REST API. Front-End built with JavaScript, jQuery, and bootstrap. Deployed to Microsoft Azure, using Azure Web Apps, Azure Functions, Queues, Azure SQL, Blob Storage. • Fully customized CRM module for Contact Center, including multiples KANBAN interfaces. Back-end built with .NET Core Web API and front-end build in Angular. • Several multi-channel Chatbots built with Microsoft Bot Framework and Cognitive Services including voice recognition and language understanding. • Email and SMS messages platform. Legacy platform developed in .NET framework and SQL Server. This platform has been used by 4.165 companies, sending and average of 2 million messages month. Other tasks performed beyond major software projects: • Completed full redesigns of existing websites to improve navigation, enhance visuals and strengthen search engine rankings. • Collaborated with in-house web designers to create sleek and innovative UI design. • Conceived and built optimized landing pages in HTML and CSS for integration and cross-browser compatibility. • Maintained strict budgetary and scheduling guidelines to satisfy customers with high-quality, targeted designs.

"Correio do Povo" is a traditional Newspaper and Communications company, that also maintained an Internet Service provider for their clients. I was responsible for the whole IT team, managing the development and maintenance of lots of different applications used by the company. I have projected and implemented the Internet Service Provider for the company, that offered internet service to more than 10.000 clients. • Interviewed, hired, trained, and mentored 24 staff by coaching daily, leading performance reviews and offering constructive feedback. • Communicated with third party providers and business channel partners to maintain strong commercial alliances. • Played key role in on-going network design, reevaluation, and optimization to keep pace with company growth.
