Project management for the development and update of technological tools used by PMF, continuous backlog refinement, user stories and articulation between the business and development areas. Survey of prerequisites, definition of priorities and approvals. Management of priority projects for the institution not related to IT, articulation between institutions in different spheres, creation of Project Charter and general monitoring of projects with the business areas involved, internal and external. Participation in meetings with financing institutions to present result indicators related to PMF's priority projects: IDB, CAF.
