• Co-ordinate customers’ implementation of the ITOM suite with the ServiceNow platform, that thousands of co-workers use daily for common tasks (i.e.: incident & problem ticketing, requests…). • Discovered 36 000+ servers and applications and mapped application services in production, providing visibility and transparency --> slashing costs in IT Operations and better infrastructure management. • Coded in Java and JavaScript custom libraries to integrate customers’ external solutions, providing a central point of view for IT Ops teams --> reducing MTTD & MTTR and therefore reducing down-time in case of outages. • Designed new features on top of existing ones to respond to customers’ specific requirements (i.e.: security constraints, specific infrastructure/architecture)--> achieving to create a long-term sustainable solution for all customers.
