Act as a point of contact to respond, solve and track all incidents and service calls received by the Service Desk facing nuclear facilities. Manage incoming calls (incidents and service requests), registering them in the online system, prioritizing and monitoring until completion. Respond to and resolve incidents / service requests, including troubleshooting, hardware / software installation and removal using the installation instructions and tools provided, following agreed testing and implementation standards. Deploy new or updated desktops, laptops, or central application images. A support specialist who provides first level support, handling incidents, problems and requests related to the nuclear process. Deploy, test and support desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices and all other peripherals in the nuclear manufacturing process. Develop and / or improve installation and configuration procedures, as well as documentation. Assist in solving problems (eg, poor performance) and failures (eg, system failure) that occur in the operation of hardware and software - especially those that require more installation experience. Perform hardware and / or software tests using test procedures and diagnostic tools; correct faults, contacting other experienced colleagues and external resources as needed, documenting the results according to agreed procedures. Troubleshoot problems with the LAN and wireless network. Project participation, including implementation of hardware and software tools and systems.
