As a part of the web team at Criar Solutions, I worked on developing a football aggregator website which aggregates the content according to user preferences. It comes with a Login/Signup module where users can bookmark their favourite news, Apply filter and view the relevant content. I worked on designing the database after establishing different relationships between tables. Created a cron script for fetching data from the registered websites/blogs and storing it in the database. Created an indexing function after doing some research to index news into categories.Created Login/signup/notification sending module. Integrated backend responses with the webpage designed by a frontend engineer. Created API for android version of the app providing relevant data as requested by the android module Technologies used: PHP, MySQL, Javascript
