Work Experience

  • Software Engineer

    CCA-SJ•  September 2013 - Present

I've been helping the organization I'm working with to be more efficient through software called sismétricas. This project aims to gather metrics (Lead Time, Work in Progress, and Throughput) on the projects developed in the CCA-SJ. This tool is being developed in Python,Vue.js, and SQL database (PostgreSQL). Sismétricas reads the task data from the kanban boards via the gitlab API and then proceeds to generate the metrics described above. My current role is Scrum Master in two flight simulator development teams: the first one is building a Flight Training Device (FTD), and the second one is building a Virtual Reality Flight Simulator. The FTD construction process included software development, hardware and software integration, 3d printing, among others. I was also the facilitator of the Lean Inception technique for defining and prioritizing the features of both projects. Scrum Master in the development of the first flight simulator built in this Computer Center. This flight simulator was based on the C-95 airplane. The simulator building process included software development, hardware and software integration, 3d printing, among others. This case was presented at the Agile Trends 2019, Agile Conference 2019, Agile Brazil 2019, and Lead for Tomorrow 2019 - São Paulo Edition events. Agile coach (formally designated as a consultant member) of the implementation committee of the Project Management Office of the Aeronautics Computer Center of São José dos Campos. The activities I've developed were support of agile adoption, coach for specific teams, and value stream mapping to create an internal reference model. Software technical lead of SPA-C2. This system was developed for the operational process of the FAB (2018). It was built by ATECH, and the CCA-SJ was responsible for supervising the contract and providing evolutionary maintenance. Java software developer of the simulation core of the Marte - war game simulator. This tool was developed using Java Desktop. I've worked on the SIGADAER (electronic document manager) project as a software developer, software technical lead of the expedition module, and agile coach of the team. This module sends documents and electronic processes throughout all FAB. This software was build using Java, PostgreSQL, JSF, JPA, and ActiveMQ. Technical coordinator and software architect of the SAGHA. This tool was created by "Hospital de Clínicas de Porto Alegre" and taken to the FAB for use in its hospitals. It was developed using Java, PostgreSQL, and Wildfly. I've worked as java software developer of SIGAMEH project. Technical coordinator of the SiSauC – Complementary Health System of Brazilian Air Force. Software architect of the PVO – Visual Perception of Goals.

    Mamãe Me Cuida•  May 2020 - Present

"Mamãe me cuida" could be translated to "mom cares me". It is an app that holds natural cosmetics for mothers, babies, and kids. The idea of the app comes from my wife, and she is the curator of the products. She is a pharmacist and passionate about natural cosmetics. The app is in the MVP (Minimum Viable Product) phase, and it will be assessed whether and how users will engage. This product was made using HTML5, CSS3, Vuejs, and Firebase infrastructure (Analytics, authentication, and firestore NoSQL database). The app is available on https://bit.ly/37wdFaE, and its source code is available on https://bit.ly/2YCAOno.
