Responsibilities: Enhancing the CostX solution with a collaborative spreadsheet engine and a RESTful interface, along with a package of new features required for the upcoming version 7.0. Accomplishments: Designed and implemented a RESTful-based collaborative data-sheet engine (inspired on Google Sheets) leveraging PostgreSQL's notification system developed as a PostgreSQL C extension, and a client interface in Delphi.

Maintained and improved a key production software that handles sensitive information including PI and financial transactions, developed in Delphi. Designed a system for migrating this system from its legacy database to PostgreSQL. Developed SOA services in c# for the company's ESB. Produced reports, improved processes, and automated a variety of functions, mostly using shell and perl scripting, and accessing third party software's databases, including MS SQL Server and MySQL. Developed interfaces for the PostgreSQL database to access documents stored in the filesystem, the system's legacy database, MySQL databases, and D3 (Pick) systems. Assisted with general systems, VM hosts and guests, networking, Windows, Linux and Active Directory services, database administration, and backups to tape and cloud using Veeam.
